Shipping & Returns

Order processing
We process orders within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email from Stripe when you order, and we'll be in touch if anything needs clarifying.
Shipping times
Delivery time depends on the item and where it ships from:
- In-stock items (US): typically 3–7 business days after processing.
- Made-to-order or partner-shipped items: some products ship directly from our manufacturing partners and can take 2–4 weeks to arrive. When an item has a longer lead time, we note it on the product or at checkout.
- International (Canada, UK, Australia): generally 1–4 weeks depending on destination and customs.
These are estimates, not guarantees — carriers and customs can add delays outside our control.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Shipping cost (if any) is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs & duties
For orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are set by your country and are your responsibility. We can't predict or refund them.
Returns
If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email cosNFX@jonathancapone.com with your order number and what you'd like to return, and we'll send instructions.
Unless the return is due to our error or a defect, you cover the return shipping. We recommend a tracked method — we can't refund items that don't reach us.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping — your choice.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we issue your refund to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a defect.
Canceling an order
Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it's shipped, treat it as a return using the steps above.
