Yes — completely. All 30 identities, every sound effect, every visualization, every gesture, combo finishers, the HUD, and the phone control panel are free, with nothing locked. The one optional one-time "Pro" purchase (no subscription) adds the power-user tools: recording your own custom gestures, your own audio/image uploads, firing real props over your Wi-Fi, multi-device play, and multiplayer Battle mode. Optional add-on packs — extra audio, visualization, and graphic packs, plus smart ring integration — will come as separate purchases later.
The watch is fully standalone — it fires sounds entirely on its own, with or without Wi-Fi. Bring in Wi-Fi when you want the phone as a louder second speaker, the browser control panel, prop triggers (lights/smoke), or Battle mode.
